CR-Building Performance Specialists (CR-BPS) helps facility owners develop and implement strategies that get the longest life out of their buildings, operate them as efficiently as possible and deliver advanced energy savings in (1) individual facilities and (2) their entire facility portfolio. We take an integrated approach looking for synergistic sets of improvement tactics that work together to over-deliver on energy savings as well as non-energy benefits, and achieve certifications such as LEED Platinum, Net Zero Energy, Passive House and the Living Building Challenge.
