Crabby Jack's Mexican Restaurant

Needing dinner one night, I walked over to Crabby Jacks. It took awhile to get our food (probably 20 minutes) on a completely dead sunday night. After getting the food it was merely okay, but, my burrito was not what I had ordered. I wanted the big & meaty chicken burrito, and was asked if I wanted the grande or fajita. Thinking grande was probably what I wanted (fajita? no thanks!) I told the waitress.

Bit in, and it was totally a fajita. After snagging a takeout menu I found that there was no grande and no fajita, but the one chicken grande fajita burrito. 25 minutes pass and the waitress wasn't to be found. The lady seating vanished, and no staff was around. Another table had been waiting at least that long just for their check, another table waited for the other half of their meal, and the 4th and final table had been waiting just for DRINKS!

Finally the waitress reappears and asks if our food is okay. I told her my burrito wasn't what I wanted but it was late so I'd just like the check. Yet again another 20-25 minutes pass. We're told the owner is coming over and I asked when he'd be there since I wanted to just go back to the hotel. She said he just walked through and would be over to talk to us.

Again, about 20 minutes later and NOBODY. All four of our tables had looked for any staffer and nada. The people waiting on drinks left, the table waiting on another meal left and just put cash for food on the table, the table waiting for the check (and waiting for the waitress to get her card) threw some cash on the table (most likely not enough) and left, and we sat.

Frustrated, we took the $4 we had in cash, threw it on the table, and wrote them about their awful restaurant. Crabby Jack's is a JOKE and should be avoided entirely! I could've gotten FAR better service (as in any service) from any run down fast food place. And not to mention tastier food, too. (Our appetizer was okay at best and the other meal we ordered was pretty awful for $13.)
