Kristen Knowsley, M.S. CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

I earned a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Longwood University and have 3+ years of experience evaluating and treating pediatric speech and language disorders. I am also certified in Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding and the Developmental, Individual Difference Relationship-based (DIR) Floortime Model. I enjoy meeting kids "where they are" to help them grow and overcome the challenges they face through play-based therapy with sensitivity to children's regulatory and sensory needs.

I currently work for Buckingham County Public Schools which limits my availability to only providing private therapy services outside of my contracted hours (e.g. evenings and summers). If you have questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out!
