Welcome to Craniofacial Pain Center of Colorado Welcome to Craniofacial Pain Center Of Colorado! Dr. Chase Bennett and Dr. James Bieneman have a limited focus in TMJ and sleep apnea treatment – our office focuses in these areas in order to provide you with the highest possible level of care. Our training allows us to provide you with the services you need. Our team has also been in dentistry or the medical field for many years and has the knowledge needed to best serve you. For over 10 years, we have proudly provided treatment for TMJ and sleep apnea in Denver, Colorado, and the surrounding areas of Arvada, Westminster, Northglenn, Thornton, and Lakewood, Colorado.
