This is the only school bus in castro valley for my kids. They have always arrived on time, generally early, and patiently waiting.
The quality of buses is variable, but personally, that is not important to me. The only thing I would like is if they would take my kids safely to school and bring back home safely. And that's what they have doing for so many years.
