Dr. Paul Shahwan
Dr. Paul Shahwan is the founder of Crescent Dental. He currently works primarly at the San Antonio office, however floats to help other locations as needed. He was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Arlington, he attended Baylor Colege of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. In 2011, he and his wife moved down to New Braunfels where they reside with their three kids - a German Shepherd named Heidi, English Bulldog named Monkey and Great Dane named Wolf. In August 2013, they welcomed their first human child to add to the growing family. Dr. Shahwan is always looking for ways to get involved in the community and has made a habit of helping Boys Scouts earn their merit badges in Dentistry!

Crescent Dental was founded in September of 2011. Our first location was opened in Seguin, Texas to a warm reception to the community. The next two locations were opened at the beginning of 2012 in San Marcos and San Antonio.
