My husband first called them to see if they actually can really help us repair our pool because we had meat with couple of contractors and they were not able to repair my pool. When we spoke with a representative at Crest she told us that they would be able to help us. She scheduled a meeting for me the same day and sent over a gun named Aaron. He was very nice and didn’t hesitate to get dirty and go to the backyard and take a look at what we need. He repaired the concrete of the pool and painted it. The outcome was very nice. The color he chose was beautiful. I enjoy swimming in the pool. It feels like I’m in a new pool.
