Hi! I am Cristal! I am a wounded healer, it has been my highest calling to alchemize my pain into wisdom and learn healing modalities to share with others that will help clients to transform into their highest selves. I have been doing yoga for 20 years and decided to become certified 2 years ago. I enjoy teaching everyone, from adults to children, as well as special needs children and adults. Yoga is such a grounding tool, helping to connect the mind and body while fostering awareness of the present moment. In summary yoga is for everyone!
