My recent experience in purchasing a 2015 Altima was probably the most pleasant I have experienced. I have owned 18 cars! I have dealt with Criswell in the past for service on my Maxima, and my wife bought a 2012 Altima there. All of my experiences have been top notch. I would, and have recommended Criswell in the past and will in the future. The outstanding people I worked with were Sam Trabulsi and Krystie Zhang.
