I found a home at Crossfit NRG! I ABSOLUTELY cannot describe the energy I found when I decided to give Crossfit NRG a try. The second I walked in the door I felt completely comfortable because I was welcomed by a very VERY professional/knowledgeable staff ready to help me achieve my personal challenges and goals with as much dedication and excitement as I have. I have seen incredible results, in a little less than two months I have lost over twenty pounds & not counting! I continue to push myself to meet my personal goals everday inside and outside the gym! It has been magic for me because what I refer to as a gym here does Crossfit NRG no justice! Crossfit NRG is a family, we continue to take on the daily challenges together, we celebrate eachother's success and live to crossfit another day.... Thank you CROSSFIT NRG, I LOVE YOU ALL!
