The first CrossFit gym in Salem, with over 15 years of experience changing lives through health and fitness. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We have 1 hour classes, 30 min. classes, and an open gym area. Start with a body scan and goal-setting meeting. We can help you set a reasonable path to reach your goals. We are experts in weight loss, toning, strength building, and increased cardio endurance. We are not the cheapest training option in town but we are the best.
