About us
All workouts are 60 minute, group workouts,that include strength training, cardio and skill work. Every workout comes with options for both the beginner and the intermediate athlete, YOU choose your level of workout. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of coaching our athletes. During every class, you will be guided through the workout under the direction of a certified, knowledgeable coach. We offer beginner classes to help integrate new members into our community with ease
