Crossroads Counseling, Inc. is fully licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health Division of Drug and Alcohol Licensure to provide outpatient, intensive outpatient & partial hospitalization substance abuse treatment. Crossroads Counseling, Inc. is also fully licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare Division of Mental Health as an outpatient psychiatric clinic. We have offices in Lycoming, Clinton, Tioga, Centre, Northumberland and Columbia Counties.
