I have just been on the Caribbean cruise, and it was a great one because of Olivia. At first I thought the prices will be higher since I am not booking it directly, but she quickly helped me find a deal so I won't spend that much. Aside from the total price of the cruise (which is much lower than what I originally thought), the great thing is that Olivia was there every step of the way, sending me updates about our activities and itineraries, and she even shared some articles about cruising. That was really helpful especially the tips she told me about packing. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends!

The vacation was everything we hoped and more! Everyone had a dream vacation!! May LOVED it and the kids club on board was excellent! May loved the activities and made many friends. My mom really got to live out her dreams and had the best time of her life. I had the most beautiful time as well. It really was amazing and Norwegian is great! They only had one oopsy... They changed the excursions on board and they charged my card three times by mistake... Almost $2000...apparently they have a problem with using debit cards with NY banks (it becomes a charge and not a hold) it took a lot to get them to direct me to the right person that could finally help correct the situation as well as an onboard call to my bank....so if you have ny clients tell them not to use a debit card but a credit card and check their charges....despite this we had a wonderful time and will cruise with them again, and of course I’ll contact you Olivia!

I booked with Olivia for a cruise a couple of months ago, and she makes sure that we have constant communication about my vacation. She makes sure that I am updated for any changes on my booking, and what's good is she also tells me what documents I will need. My family and I are already preparing for this vacation, and it really is a good thing that Olivia sends us messages and help us prepare. she also tells us what to expect so there would be no surprises on the cruise, with expenses and things like that. with Olivia, I am sure that our vacation will be smooth sailing all the way.
