Thank you all so very much. At a time in our lives that has been so stressful...you all were so kind and took a lot of pressure off of me. [The event captain] did a fabulous job making sure that everything went smooth. My bartender was quick and did great! Even the ladies that worked with me prior were wonderful. I have and will recommend your establishment to everyone looking to host an event.

We could not have chosen a better place for our reception. Everyone was fantastic to work with: the front office [was] professional, fun, and incredibly detail-oriented, and the reception was more than we could have ever expected it to turn out to be! We just got back from our honeymoon, and we are still hearing about the reception from family and friends - everyone had such a great time! The food was fantastic, everything was on schedule (but managed to feel relaxed and laid-back at the same time), and the service was impeccable. They assign an Event Captain to your reception, who keeps things running smoothly so you don't have to think about what time it is or worry about what goes next – [she] even helped us with some very last-minute change-ups, and took care of everything so that we could have fun with our guests. We loved working with Crystal Gardens, and if I may suggest anything to the brides and grooms out there, this place makes things SO EASY, even with all the details and scheduling and logistics - and everything turned out better than we could have ever planned on our own. They suggested things that might work for us based on the size of our party (almost 250 guests) and were more than accommodating of our requests. A special thank-you to [the staff] who helped with set-up - it looked wonderful! I could go on and on - and will continue to recommend Crystal Gardens to anyone getting married in the area.
