About us

I’m not just a Reiki Practitioner, but I’m a wife and a mother. I know firsthand the struggles we face to keep the balance in our lives. I’ve found that it’s easier to stay balanced when we are honest with ourselves. The more genuine and authentic we live our lives, the more joy and success flows.

I am a Reiki Master with a corporate background. I hold a BS in Psychology from UF and a Master's in Organizational Leadership from SNHU. I combined my empathic abilities, passion for energy healing, the love of science of mind and behavior with my organizational skills to offer Life Balance Coaching for my Reiki clients.
