Owner Jeffery Munchnick and frontman Scott Mesamore ran a company called Kiss solutions a few years back. The company was unlicensed and illegal. They were sued for deceptive business practices and lost even though Jeffery is on of the attorneys who works for Munchnick Law at the time,some attorney. A judgement was entered against them which they never paid. Well the boys are back in town advertising on the steve kane show again,fyi they claimed the reason they could not pay me was because the spent $70,000 on advertising with Steve kane and didn't make any money. They are currently are unlicensed and therefore working illegally again.
