We started Cuyahoga Falls Replacement Windows Inc. in 1987, after being in the window installation business since 1977.

Our goal is to provide the best products and services, while treating people fairly and honestly. Every phase of the operation is done as perfectly as possible, from removal, to installation; trim work; and cleanup; which includes washing the newly installed windows.

We made the decision to keep the business small, by advertising less, and working mostly by referral. We have one crew with Joe on it. There are no salesman, we do all the estimates, which we try to schedule for Tuesdays, when possible, leaving the rest of the week open for installations.

When we give you an estimate, we measure your windows and doors, give you a precise written estimate and a folder containing information about our company, the product you are interested in, a referral list of every job we've ever done and a copy of our insurance info and our Workers Compensation Certificate.

As Cuyahoga Falls Replacement Windows, we have developed a well deserved reputation for our cleanup. In addition to having the best products and installation, we also make it a point to meticulously tidy up our work area including vacuuming and washing the windows.
