About us
Housed in the former Briggs & Stratton industrial complex, CWC (Community Within the Corridor) is a bold new property that will consist of 197 apartments, ranging from studios to 4-bedroom units, and more than 60,000 square feet of commercial and community space. This property will transform two city blocks of long-vacant historic industrial buildings into a vibrant community of apartments and businesses.
