$65 Trip and Diagnosis Fee. D & H Appliance Service has been in business since 1979. Our father started this business. He is still working with us as the office manager and shop repair technician. He handed over the reins to his two sons, Hugh and Donald in August of 2008. We are committed to bringing our community the best in appliance repair and service. Our charges are as follows: $65.00 trip and diagnosis: once we find the solution to your problem, we will discuss the cost of the repair, based on the amount of time the repair will take and the cost of the parts, if any are required.We stand behind all repairs. If there are any problems following the repair, we will return and evaluate your problem to determine if it is related to our repair. If it is, we will repair your unit at no cost to you or refund to you the amount paid minus the trip charge, for a period of 30 days. All parts that we use are purchased new from the manufacturer and have the manufacturer warranty. These periods vary from 30 days to a year.
