About us
D&H Property Management, Inc., one of the leading property management companies in Detroit, was founded by Fran Higgins in 1986. For more than 35 years D&H has specialized in corporate transferees and absentee landlords. We work with many of the major corporations in Detroit and around the world helping find executive rentals for their employees on assignment in the Metro-Detroit area and managing the homes of their employees going out of state or aboard on work assignments.
D&H is a member of the "Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®” and utilizes the multiple-listing service enabling us to maximize our efforts in locating possible tenants and available houses for renters. D&H also works closely with relocation companies in the area to assist their clients in finding suitable rental properties.
We service the entire Metro-Detroit including areas such as Birmingham, Troy, Canton, Plymouth and even Brighton, Grosse Pointe, Clarkston, Grosse Isle and Ann Arbor.
