DACK was founded by a group of friends that spent their lives traveling for work. Becoming increasingly frustrated with inconsistent experiences, long-lines at check-in, poor communication with staff, and tech solutions that did more harm than good, they began to brainstorm how travel could be better.
DACK was built from the ground-up with a completely fresh approach to lodging technology. The end result was a guest application that is fast, dynamic, intuitive, and remarkably easy to use.
From the beginning, we knew we had to create something that would work at any accommodation type, and be flexible enough to integrate with any existing hardware or software.
Today the DACK guest application and operator toolkit helps operators everywhere provide exceptional digital stay experiences for their guests.
