Childbirth classes wherever you want to take them, whenever you want to take them. Our experiences during conception, loss, and birth impact us for the rest of our lives. My approach to supporting these vulnerable moments is intuitive and trauma-informed, and I will guard your energies and help you to see and honor the power within yourself to walk whatever journey is ahead of you. A Doula is a friend who knows birth and knows you- to hold you & help you stay grounded along the way. I am there for you for prenatal, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, grief and loss support and also child classes and advice! Every family deserves the personalized care and support they deserve during this beautiful journey in their lives
