On a cold, rainy night (Jan 22, 2015), Dallas Emergency Roadside Assistance answered my call on the 2nd try (they were busy), and provided courteous & professional assistance over the phone. The person took all of my information and reassured me that they would take good care of my daughter, who had a flat tire near Greenville & Lovers Lane. The company sent a courteous young man, David, who arrived in a nice SUV with the company's sign on the vehicle. He responded in about 15 minutes. He changed my daughter's flat tire promptly and thoroughly. We were both very impressed. (Especially me, as a worried father who lives out of town!)
