Dan has been buying homes locally since 2011. He researched for years before finally taking the plunge and buying his first property. We have now been doing real estate full time since about 2015. We are a small family owned business. We consider ourselves a very "boots on the ground" company. When you call Dan is the person who answers and Dan is the person who comes to the property and works with you through the entire process.
