I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bradley University. After completing my undergrad I stayed at Bradley University to complete my 11-month dietetic internship. I have experience creating pediatric health promotion programs, as well as nutrition counseling with a variety of conditions such as: diabetes management, heart health, cancer patients, and weight management. I’ve also worked with corporate wellness programs and have a passion for sports nutrition.
Food is an important part of everyone’s daily lives and should be a pleasurable, fun experience. My goal is to educate patients on how to properly make choices that promote a healthy lifestyle. No one person is alike so my approach to nutrition is to individualize everything for my patients needs. I aim to create sustainable lifestyle changes instead of short-term, quick fixes like some popular fad diets do. Each nutrition counseling is an opportunity for me to help inspire change and improve my patient’s quality of life.
Away from work I enjoy living an active lifestyle, cooking, traveling, watching a good movie, spending time with my family and you can always find me playing with my dog.
