Daniel Davies, MD
Dr. Daniel Davies is a cardiologist and advanced imaging specialist at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed his internal medicine residency, cardiovascular medicine fellowship, and advanced cardiac imaging fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is experienced in cardiovascular disease, cardiac imaging (including echocardiography, SPECT/PET, cardiac MRI, and cardiac CT), and clinical research. He cares for patients and actively participates in research related to cardiac amyloidosis, infiltrative/systemic cardiac diseases, as well as hypertrophic and genetic cardiomyopathies. He has published peer-reviewed research articles and abstracts in multiple journals and has spoken on his research and other areas of expertise both nationally and internationally.
