Danielle E Lukaszewicz, CRNP
Danielle Lukaszewicz CRNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner within AHN who specializes in neurology. Danielle strives to provide her patients with safe, competent, and compassionate care. She treats patients with various neurological disorders and has special interests in multiple sclerosis, dementia, and stroke. She is trained in administering Botox for chronic migraines, occipital nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Laroche University and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Clarion and Edinboro Universities. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN). She treates patients ages 18 and older.
