About us

Darrin is a business-oriented, financial lending executive with over 28 years of experience in residential and commercial lending including construction and Acquisition and Development. His experience includes overseeing and managing the start-up of four businesses as well as growing previous companies by opening additional branches. He has worked in acquisitions by evaluating spread sheets and negotiating pricing for the purchase of such receivables. He has marketed himself, personally and his business, to develop strong working relationships with both clients and high end investors. Darrin has also planned and implemented strategies to strengthen these relationships to bring the highest quality of service and profitability to his clientele.

He is very innovative and brings a round sense of knowledge from all angles in the real estate and marketing business. Not only has he owned mortgage and development/investment businesses, he has also built and sold three homes in the last 5 years. Darrin brings well-rounded idea based thinking into projects, plus he also brings the basics…integrity, honesty and accountability. Whether it is a $5 dollar transaction or a $50 million dollar transaction, you can count on the fact that these basics are intact with the deal. But most importantly, he brings energy and the overall motivation to succeed.
