We are a little different than other Agencies. We do the little things others don't and wont. We meet our families yearly so there are no surprises come claim time. We educate our families, so they know what they have, and why they have it. For example: We had a mom who never had a ticket or accident in 20 years hit black ice one winter causing a 10-car pile-up. The officer said it was her fault. Six weeks later, she called our office in a panic asking, "Does my home cover anything" we asked her "why are you asking?"
