About us

Dave Polsinelli focuses on commercial litigation at both trial and appellate levels, handling disputes in contracts, real estate, oil & gas, construction, and trade secrets. He has worked on successful appeals and jury trials. While achieving court victories, Dave also helps clients find non-litigation solutions. Recognized by Texas Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2019-2023), an honor for the top 2.5% of lawyers in Texas. Dave earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he won a national moot court championship and several awards. He was an assistant instructor in the Langdell Scholar program, Case Note Editor for the Corporate Counsel Review, and member of the South Texas Law Review.
