David S. Cooper, MD, MPH, MBA, is a skilled pediatric cardiologist and critical care specialist at Cincinnati Children's. He serves as the medical director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and focuses on the care of critically ill patients with complex congenital heart disease.
