Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The guy from this locksmith company dashed over in 30 minutes and with a bit of time and effort, did a door repair, with a new lock and a better one. He was professional, courteous, and the fee was very reasonably priced, especially considering it was an emergency service call. We were really pleased and would definitely use him again in the future.

When I called them about my broken front door latch, they came within an hour to fix it. The latch itself is old and tricky and the technician worked on it for about an hour. In the end he got it working again and we could finally use our front door lock. He told me if it broke again he had come and see if he could fix it. A month later it did break and, true to his word Guy tried to fix it but said the 50 year old mechanism was finally at its end. He suggested I take it to the Door Store to see if they could fix it. I would definitely use them again. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

A few months ago I purchased a high security safe for my business from them. When I had lost the combination to the safe to which I needed immediate access, I called them & they sent someone over in what seemed like 20 mins. The guy unlocked the safe and reset the combo for me. Great service!

The other day I lost my house key and called them. Since I had a bunch of duplicate keys at home, they recommended lock picking as opposed to getting a replacement lock. They explained that lock picking would unlock the lock without damaging it. It turns out that lock picking is their expertise and I was amazed by the quick service and the low price.
