Founded in 1975, the attorneys of Davis, Saunders & Miller Law Firm have over half a century of legal experience serving seriously injured individuals throughout the United States of America, and in particular, the southeastern states. Whether by settlement or trying cases before juries, Davis, Saunders & Miller is experienced in representing railroad workers injured on the job who are covered by the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), seamen and offshore workers injured on the job whose legal rights are governed by Maritime Law (Jones Act), and cases arising from commercial and private airplane crashes, including litigation for pilot error, and cases against the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). The firm also handles Railroad Whistleblower retaliation claims under the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA). The railroad whistleblower statute was enacted in 2007 to prohibit railroads from retaliating against railroaders who report on-duty injuries or safety hazards.
