About us
Board certified in family practice and mental health as an advanced practice nurse. The primary focus is mental health. Here to provide all of your mental health care needs. Please note that appointments are by telehealth unless requested otherwise.
I avoid using benzodiazepines and work on developing effective coping mechanisms in those suffering from anxiety and panic disorder. I treat a wide variety of mental health problems using medication management and therapy. I do not provide couples or family therapy.
