About us

As a Listing Agent in West Point and surrounding areas, my marketing strategy gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her property. I belong to the Central Virginia Regional MLS (CVRMLS), The Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of Realtors (CBRAR), and also to the Williamsburg MLS (WAAR). My signage points to my personal website, I do virtual tours on all my properties, I list these virtual tours on Realtor.com, all 3 MLSs, and my website, I enhance my listings on Realtor.com with additional pictures, enhanced descriptions, and headlines. I have the Featured Listings on Realtor.com which is presented upon search criteria before entering, and is presented on the first page of every search engine in the Real Estate link. I advertise locally, and on Washington Post.com and cable TV, when warrented. I work with the Appraisers, to help them get the comps they need to bring your property to maximum value.

As a Buyer's Agent (Certified ABR), I help negotiate the best possible deal and search until I find the perfect property. I am the happiest when I can find my client(s) that "needle in the haystack". I never require a "Buyer's Contract", because I know the Seller, or Seller's agent, will pay my fee - and I represent YOU!!! I belong to 3 MLS's, and have access to many. Nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale or the purchase of a dream home, investment property, or land to build!
