Deborah is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with additional trauma-focussed certification. Her career has included working with incarcerated adults, a community mental health population, and health-care professionals. Deborah works from a trauma-focussed, strengths-based, and Humanistic perspective, building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, safety, empathy, and compassion. Her approach utilizes methods such as CBT, CFT, mindfulness-based interventions, somatic psychotherapy, and EMDR.
