Debra Corn Foster Care

Welcome to Debra Corn Foster Care! Our mission is to recruit, train, and license foster homes in Indiana for the care of children by providing the least restrictive, most family-like setting available to children who are referred to our agency. We believe that a safe and stable home environment is essential for children to heal and grow. Our goal is to engage and strengthen Indiana foster families to support children in their journey to reconciliation and recovery from abusive and/or neglectful home environments. To best serve the needs of each child, we provide services to the children and foster parents through education, resource building, counseling, and around-the-clock case management services.
