Dr. Michael Decherd is a board-certified plastic surgeon and Director of the San Antonio Plastic Surgery Institute offering procedures for the breast, body and face. He prides himself in producing life-changing results for patients, especially women who desire to have their youthful shape back following pregnancy or weight loss. A skilled “mommy makeover” surgeon, he performs breast augmentation and breast lift surgery, tummy tuck and liposuction. He also offers facial surgery such as eyelid surgery, browlift, rhinoplasty and facelift. Patients can see their results before surgery with the advanced Vectra 3D imaging system. Dr. Decherd received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, and completed his internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston for general surgery. He fulfilled a residency in plastic surgery, as well as one in head and neck surgery.
