Deck Care Plus Rick came to provide the estimate in a timely manner after I called him and he scheduled the work when the painting conditions would be optimal. He recommended that some of the rotted siding and trim be replaced prior to pressure washing and painting to ensure there would be no issues in the future and the finished job would hold up long term. I followed his recommendation and my garage and shed both look great. It took me a while to finalize the paint color but Rick was very patient and let me decide on just the right color. In fact, he was also willing to provide his input which I appreciated. During the time Rick was working at my home he was professional and courteous and was sure to paint only when conditions were favorable. In fact, some other painting work was done on my home during the same time period and the contractor responsible for that job did not take into account weather conditions and the paint he applied bubbled and peeled only a short time after it was applied. As a result the work has to be completely re-done. The painting Rick did still looks great almost a year later and is a testament to his experience and expertise regarding proper painting conditions. There were no hidden costs or surprises and the price I paid was what Rick had estimated at the beginning of the job. It rained quite a bit during the time Rick was working and in order to keep the job as close to on schedule as possible he worked on Saturdays as needed which I appreciated. Rick was responsive and in constant communication during the job so I always knew the status of the project and whether he would be working on any particular day due to weather, etc. Overall, Rick did a wonderful job on my garage and shed at a reasonable price. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire him for work at my home in the future.
