About us
Originally a long time resident of the Tampa Bay area, Dr. Delaura Patel received her International Baccalaureate diploma from Palm Harbor University High School. She then completed a combined 7-year BS/MD program at the University of South Florida. She received her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans.
Dr. Patel is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and American Medical Association. Her special interests include abnormal bleeding, contraception, and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Patel is excited to be joining Women’s Care Florida, and is eager to provide excellent and compassionate care for her patients.
