Delaware NeuroRehab in Dover, Delaware, is the first of its kind: a comprehensive neuro-rehabilitation clinic. The group medical practice combines medical care with innovative rehabilitation to treat and heal neurological problems.

The team also provides on-site injections, including botulinum toxin, nerve blocks, joint injections, and trigger point injections, to treat these conditions and ease the pain. They also offer baclofen pump management.
