Dellmont Contracting Inc in North Hampton is NOT recommended by this home owner. This contractor did a terrible job fixing my roof. The job required lapping shingles and flashing to prevent water from getting to the ice and water shield underneath to prevent the water from getting behind siding. This was not accompished and water shield was used as constant excuse for poor workmanship. Don't worry...it is okay to have nails exposed on shingles with the ice/water shield. The father and son team constantly argued with each other and were unprofessional. They also cut shingles on top of already laid shingles and would cut through to laid shingles. Called many times to fix issues and they kept putting me off and never fixed it. Also had to followup with caulking work around trim that was not done properly and had to remove a nail going through exposed flashing.
