About us
Devon Schlottach, DNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who treats patients from birth to age 18. She provides preventive care such as newborn wellness exams, infant and pediatric checkups, and vaccinations. Devon also performs school and sports physicals and is available for sick visits. She treats various illnesses and injuries, including colds, flu, allergies and rashes, digestive issues, infections, sprains and strains, and manages chronic conditions like asthma.
Devon is dedicated to nurturing children's health and aiding their recovery. She finds fulfillment in providing community-based care to children, blending her medical expertise with her personal experience as a mother to offer compassionate treatment.
