How this idiot is still in business baffles me. I don't think there is a more unprofessional or unfair business in the area. Diamond Gold Connection is an embarrassment to West Springfield. There are too many fair and reputable jewelers in the area to choose from, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The horrible business practices of this place are well known, just bringing up their name in the business community makes people cringe.
