Frank Bustos - CEO
As an Individual, he started off driving Uber/ Lyft in 2017 part time, while working as a postmaster with the US Postal Service. He subsequently retired from the Postal Service in 2021 to start his limo service full time. To date he has given over 8000 rides. Eventually he transitioned to driving luxury cars for corporate executives and the entertainment industry. He was even featured on Celebrity IOU as a driver for an A list actor. Because of the demand he started Diamond Wings 369 an Executive Car Service company. He always states that his Love of Family and Belief in God, is what has always drove him to new challenges and credits them with the energy to evolve and always improve.
