Several years ago, I underwent a massive transformation. Summoning up the courage to leave an unhealthy, long-term marriage, and learning to stand up for myself, has given me a unique perspective on the challenges YOU might be facing. As a mother of nine children, I have “tried and true” techniques and tools to help you with just about any parenting dilemma. Parenting can seem like the most daunting and impossible job to conquer, but let me help you with some easy tips that will help you have that kind of relationship with your children, where love and discipline meet in perfect union.

My extensive background in Marriage and Family Studies, Gottman Institute training, and Eben Pagan’s virtual coach program, have me well-equipped to get you back on the road to success in Marriage and Parenting dilemmas.
