About us
Digestive Health Clinic provides high-quality gastroenterology services for individuals aged 16 and up living in and around Flint, Michigan. Board-certified gastroenterologist Mustafa Alnounou, MD, FACP, FACG, specializes in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal diseases and disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Dr. Alnounou also values the importance of preventive screenings to lower risk factors for cancer, liver disease, and other chronic conditions.
After earning his medical degree at Damascus University School of Medicine in Damascus, Syria, Dr. Alnounou completed his gastroenterology residency at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago.
