My name is Dina Zimmerman and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner that has a passion for helping patients of all ages and medical issues, in a more personal and convenient manner. Being a mom of five, I understand how sick days can be extremely challenging with leaving work and caring for a sick child or children for an unknown amount of time. I decided I would do whatever it takes to make family life easier with my House Calls and Office Availability! The quick response and convenient booking to have a child looked at by a medical professional is paramount.
