Originally, I was skeptical to hire them to carpet clean my house. Boy, am I glad I got them. They did a fantastic job. Not only that, he was on-time, professional, and courteous. Again, most importantly, he got the job done for a fair decent price. Very, very impressed. Thank you. Highly recommended

They sold you other service for the area which they told you it was pretty clean even before the steam and did not mentioned any words about your high traffic area - stairs. When they were ready to go, we asked why stairs were not clean. Then, they told you stairs were not included. Then, they charged us $100 for 12 stairs. After the steam, you can still see lines between areas with and without covers before. Carpet was very wet after cleaning.

I was skeptical when I saw the 3 stars rating on Yelp but I am glad I went ahead to call them. It was very easy to schedule appointment (all online). The guy showed up and did an excellent job in cleaning the stains accumulated for 1 year. I will definitely use them again.
